The Discovery Program
The Discovery Program was brought into the LEF Program in order to provide new managers an opportunity to review the basics of their existence. Top managers and leaders are well grounded people. They know what they want, they have clear and focused priorities and they see the bigger picture. They have a solid foundation upon which to build their career and impact the career of others.
The Discovery Program is a powerful tool for taking inventory of everything in your life, determining what you like, and what you'd like to change and making a plan on how to get there. It is comprised of four components and can be delivered in many different ways. For some, doing one unit per week over a period of a month is desired. Others prefer to to the program over a few days, preferably away from the office.
The Discovery Program is not exclusive for managers or aspiring leaders. Many clients have taken it to simply take stock of their career and personal situations and ensure that they are living the life that they have chosen.
